We begin by discussing the position with you to have a complete understanding
of your needs. It is important for us to understand the corporate culture, the
skills necessary to thrive in the position, and the vision and goals of the organization.
We examine the desired skills and background the ideal candidate will have. It
is crucial to find the candidates whose operational style, attitudes about change,
and values match those of the organization. When we have this information we
move to the next step.
Research
Our research staff gathers preliminary candidates so we can get off to a running
start. Utilizing all our resources, leads generated from our research department,
our affiliated branches, and established names in our database, we identify and
contact a large pool of candidates.
Screening
We evaluate candidates, doing preliminary interviews with those individuals who
are clearly top prospects for the client. We discuss their accomplishments, goals,
and what they can offer your company.
Presentation
With your approval, we provide the selected candidates with information on the
career opportunity, the company, and the next steps available to them. We act
as advocates of the client company, and can supply any information and answer
any questions the candidates may have about the organization. If the client and
candidate are a match, we move on and supply the client with background about
the candidates. We set up phone interviews, in person interviews, and assist
in completing reference checks. Finally, we help to set the stage for and present
the offer when you decide a
candidate is the right person.
Follow Up
It is our responsibility to keep in touch and help in the initial stages and
beyond. We do everything we possibly can to assist with the transition and help
assure a long lasting and mutually beneficial relationship for the client and
the candidate.
